The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has approved the founding of Minsheng Jiayin Fund Management Co., Ltd., for which the company contributed RMB 120 mln, accounting for 60% of the registered capital of Minsheng Jiayin.

The CSRC also named Yang Dong, Zhang Jiabin, Zhu Xiaoguang as chairman of the board of directors, general manager and inspection officer, respectively of the newly-founded fund.
