Shanghai Delai Science and Technology Co., Ltd. notified the company that it has sold 388,855 of the company's shares, equal to a 0.243% stake, via the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange from 3 Mar 2008 to 28 Mar 2008. To date, Shanghai Delai still holds 30,970,150 of the company's shares, equal to a 9.678% stake of which 4,890,100 shares are restricted shares.

Pursuant to an equity transfer agreement signed on 16 Oct 2008, Zhengyuan Investment Co., Ltd., the effective controller of the company, will purchase a 64% and a 33.6% stake in Shanghai Delai from Shanghai Yunhan Industry Development Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Wenhua Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd., respectively. Following the equity transfer, Zhengyuan Investment will hold a 97.6% stake in Shanghai Delai, through which it will indirectly hold 30,970,150 of the company's shares.

Subsequently, Zhengyuan Investment will hold 77,716,700 of the company's shares through Beijing Suntendy Interactive Multimedia Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Delai.
