On 20 Oct 2008, the company accepted Wang Nengneng‘s resignation as supervisor on the 3rd Board of Supervisors, following which, the number of members comprising the board of supervisors will be less than quorum. As such, before a new supervisor is elected to assume his post, Wang shall continue to exercise the powers given the supervisor in compliance with the relevant laws, administrative regulations and provisions of the Articles of Association.

The board of supervisors hereby expresses its gratitude for his contributions during his term of office.
