DATONG CEMENT CO.,LTD (000673)Chu Hui Purchases 9.61% StakeOn 31 Dec 2007, Chu Hui, the second-largest shareholder of the company, won a bid at public auction to buy 20 mln shares, equal to a 9.61% stake in Datong Cement Group Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder of the company.The company recently received a notice from Chu Hui stating that China Securities Depository and Clearing Corp., Ltd., Shenzhen branch had completed the equity transfer procedures as of 13 Oct 2008.
Though the equity has changed hands, Datong Group continues to be the company's largest shareholder, with Chu Hui remaining the second largest shareholder.
