24 Mln Shares Released from Pledge

The company was informed by Shenzhen Dongrong Investment Development Co., Ltd. (SDID), a shareholder of the company, that on 17 Oct 2008, 24 mln restricted shares of the company that had been pledged to Shanghai International Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. by SDID were released from pledge. Relevant procedures were completed with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shanghai branch.
