At the 4th Extraordinary Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors and the 1st Extraordinary Meeting of the 3rd Board of Supervisors, both held on 20 Oct 2008, Chu Yuguo, Chen Zongbing and Li Guochun were nominated as candidates for directorship on the 4th Board of Directors, while Xue Li was nominated as a shareholder representative supervisor on the 4th Board of Supervisors.

In addition, the company has decided to postpone the convening of its 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders from 25 Oct to 1 Nov 2008, as Tomorrow Holding Co., Ltd., the company's effective controller has been replaced by Zhengyuan Investment Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, on 27 Sept 2008, Beijing Suntendy Multi-media Technology Co. Ltd., a shareholder of the company, submitted a candidate list for a general election of the board to the EGM.
