8.6 Mln Restricted Shares Frozen

The company received a notice from China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shanghai branch, stating that due to a financial dispute between Ningbo Jingtai Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Yinxing Intellectual Group Co., Ltd. (Yinxing Group), the company's controlling shareholder, 8.6 mln restricted shares of the company, currently held by Yinxing Group, were frozen by the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of the Chongqing Municipality.
