As China Three Gorges Project Corporation, the controlling shareholder of the company, is planning an overall listing of its core business, trading in shares of the company has been suspended in compliance with relevant regulations.

To date, the overall listing scheme has been submitted to relevant government authorities. Due to the ongoing review process, the trading suspension will be maintained.
