On 10 Oct 2008, China Aerospace Science & Technology Engineering Corp. Ltd., the controlling shareholder, and China Aerospace Haiying Electro-Mechanical Technology Academy (CAHE), a shareholder of the company respectively holding a 35.55% and a 3.99% stake in the company, received a confirmation letter from the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corp., Ltd., Shanghai branch, stating that their transfers of equity in the company have been completed.

Following the transaction, China Aerospace Science & Technology Engineering still holds 222,803,640 shares, equal to a 36.19% stake in the company, including 3,962,400 tradable shares, while CAHE holds 20,605,626 shares of the company, equal to a 3.35% stake.
