RMB 30 Mln Loan Guarantee Approved

At the 41st Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 15 Oct 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to provide a joint liability guarantee on a RMB 30 mln short-term loan for Henan Pinggao Electric Co., Ltd., with China Everbright Bank, Zhengzhou branch.

Including the above guarantee, the company has provided a total of RMB 422 mln external guarantees, of which RMB 30 mln are for subsidiaries. There are no guaranteed loans in arrears.
