On 14 Oct 2008, the company received a notice from China Yaohua Glass Corp., Ltd., a shareholder of the company, stating that on 13 Oct 2008, China Yaohua Glass sold 27 mln shares of the company, equal to a 4.84% stake via the bulk trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, following which, China Yaohua Glass holds 264,648,560 of the company's shares, equal to a 47.49% stake, of which 873,200 are tradable and 263,775,360 are restricted.

The aforementioned transaction has been approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
