According to a notice received on 13 Oct 2008 from the Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province, the company has been recognized as one of the first 242 High-tech Enterprise in Zhejiang in 2008; the recognition is valid for three years.

During the three-year period effective from 2008, the company is entitled to enjoy a preferential 15% enterprise income tax rate and it will undergo relevant procedures with tax authorities in a timely manner.
