26,591,422 restricted shares of the company, equal to a 7.7% stake, will be tradable as of 15 Oct 2008.

Of the 26,591,422 restricted shares, 9,356,005 shares, equal to a 2.7% stake, are currently held by Shenzhen Lihe Venture Capital Co., Ltd., 15,467,417 shares, equal to a 4.5% stake, are currently held by Zhuhai Urban Asset Management Co., Ltd. and 1,768,000 shares, equal to a 0.5% stake, are currently held by Zhuhai Speical Econimic Zone Power Development (Group) Co., Ltd.

After the aforesaid shares are made tradable, the restricted shares of the company will be 31,793,376 shares, equal to a 9.22% of total shares, while the tradable shares of the company will be 312,914,964 shares, equal to a 90.78% of total shares.
