RMB 469.9 Mln Entrusted Loan Proposal Approved

At the 9th Meeting of the 4th Board of Directors, held on 14 Oct 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to apply for a one-year RMB 469.9 mln entrusted loan from COFCO Limited, of which RMB 269.9 mln will be loaned via Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bengbu branch, and RMB 200 mln will be loaned via Agricultural Bank of China, Bengbu branch.
