28,096,992 shares in the company have been transfered to the China Aerospace Science and Industry Aviation Technology Research Institute (CASIA) from China Aerospace Science and Industry Corp. (CASI), the controlling shareholder of the company. Relevant procedures for the transfer were completed on 13 Oct 2008 with the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., Shenzhen branch.

Following the transfer, the CASIA holds 28,096,992 shares in the company, equal to a 12.67% stake, making it the largest shareholder, 17,012,441 of the 28,096,992 shares are restricted, equal to a 7.67% stake, while the remaining 11,084,551 shares are tradable, equal to a 5% stake. Consequently, CASI holds 11,091,449 shares in the company, equal to a 5% stake. In addition, CASI, as the sole shareholder of the CASIA, remains the effective controller of the company.
