At the 5th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 13 Oct 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to guarantee a RMB 100 mln line of credit for Ruyuan Dongyangguang Electrochemical Plant, a subsidiary of the company.
