At the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 13 Oct 2008, a proposal related to issues related to the land use right to a parcel of land located in the western area of Dongcheng District, Heyuan City east of Wenchang Road, south of Weishier Road was examined and approved.

The company won a bid for the above-mentioned land on 25 Sept 2008 for RMB 268,156,200.
