1H 2008 Stock Dividend Allotment Scheme Approved

At the 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 13 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. the 1H 2008 Profit Distribution Scheme and an allotment of a stock dividend from the company's capital reserve
2. to elect Zhuang Canming as a member on the 5th Board of Supervisors
