At an extraordinary meeting of the board of directors, held on 10 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to change the company's registered address to Room 306, No. 2 District, No. 1 Building, Panshan Start-up Center, 832 Yingbin Road, Panyu District, Guangzhou
2. to revise the Articles of Association accordingly

The company plans to convene its 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 30 Oct 2008, at which the above-mentioned proposals will be examined and considered for approval.
