The company was informed that, due to an ongoing lawsuit between China Construction Bank, Beijing Qianmen sub-branch, Zhongfang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. and China National Real Estate Development Group Corp. (CRED), the company's largest shareholder, the freeze in sequence on 144.39 mln restricted shares of the company, which are currently held by CRED, has been extended for another two years commencing from when the shares are formally frozen.
