The company was notified that Xinhu Holdings Co., Ltd, the company's controlling shareholder, plans to restructure its assets, with a concrete scheme currently under negotiation.

As there exists uncertainty in the above-mentioned issue, trading in the company's shares has been suspended as of 13 Oct 2008.

Trading in the company's shares will resume if the asset restructuring scheme fails to be approved by relevant authorities within five working days, otherwise the suspension will be maintained.
