Subsidiary Wins RMB 21 Mln Project

A contract has been signed between CPI Yuanda Environmental-Protection Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, and Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. to produce carbon regeneration kiln flue gas desulfurization and dust removal as well as the procurement of equipment and its installation via a hydroelectric aluminum joint venture project, for RMB 21.51 mln.

The contract will be effective as of 30 May 2009.
