RMB 9.6 Mln Guarantee Released

The company received a notice from Sichuan Jiaxin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a related party of the company, stating that Sichuan Jiaxin has repaid a RMB 9.6 mln loan to the Commercial Bank of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture (CBLP). As a result, a related guarantee borne by the company on the loan was released.

As of the date of this announcement, loan guarantees provided by the company for Sichuan Jiaxinon with CBLP total RMB 10.4 mln, while guarantees provided for related parties total RMB 525.45 mln.
