According to an announcement from Yunnan Urban Construction & Investment Co., Ltd. (YUCI), the company's controlling shareholder previously holding a 44.86% stake, on 9 Oct 2008, YUCI purchased 100,190 shares of the company, equal to a 0.03% stake, via the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Following the holding boost, YUCI currently holds 130,421,411 shares of the company, equal to a 44.89% stake.

YUCI plans to purchase up to a 2% stake in the company, (including the holding boost on 9 Oct 2008), via the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange within the next 12 months, and commits not to sell its holding in the company during the ensuing statutory period.
