At the 9th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 8 Oct 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to revise certain items in the Articles of Association
2. to accept Feng Jianhua's resignation from his position as executive vice general manager
3. to apply for an additional RMB 20 mln line of credit with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Jingdezhen branch, and to authorize the finance department of the company to carry out relevant procedures
4. to convene the 5th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 26 Oct 2008 in the meeting room on the 3rd floor of the Jingdezhen Kaimenzi Hotel, at which proposal 1 will be considered for approval
