On 8 Oct 2008, the company received a notice from Zhongtai Trust Investment Co., Ltd., the second-largest shareholder of the company. The notice reiterated a letter of notification issued by the Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court stating that the freeze on 24 mln restricted shares of the company and related interests, currently held by Zhongtai Trust, has been released.

Relevant procedures were completed on 28 Sept 2008.
