Short-term Bills Issued

On 7 Oct 2008, the company completed its issuance of the first phase of short-term financing bills for 2008. RMB 3.5 bln bills were issued via book-building allotment in the domestic inter-bank bond market. The terms include a maturity of one year, RMB 100 in face value and an annual coupon rate of 4.68%.
