Management Measures Against Funds Misappropriation

In order to establish a long-term mechanism for the sound management of funds, the company has formulated measures on the prevention of possible funds misappropriation by major shareholders or other related parties, in compliance with relevant regulations, the Company Law of the PRC, the Securities Law of the PRC and the Articles of Association.
