Significant Information Reporting Rules Formulated

In order to regulate the internal reporting of significant information, to ensure the rapid transmission and effective management of information and to disclose information in a timely, accurate, comprehensive and complete manner, as well as protect the interests of investors, the company has formulated the Internal Reporting Rules for Significant Information, in compliance with the Company Law of the PRC, the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Guidelines for Fair Information Disclosure of Small and Medium-sized Listed Companies of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the Articles of Association and the Management Rules for Information Disclosure.
