Jiangsu Hongwen Receives RMB 100 Mln Loan

At the 34th Meeting of the 5th Board of Directors, held on 26 Sept 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to provide a one-year RMB 100 mln loan for Jiangsu Hongwen Property Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, mainly for the development of the Nanjing Yuhuatai project.

The loan amount will be determined based upon the cost of the project in progress, of which the related interest rate will be fixed based upon the current bank benchmark interest rate.
