Song Dalong and Song Jianfeng Named Sponsor Representatives

The company recently received a notice from Founder Securities Co., Ltd., the company's sponsoring institution, stating that Ge Wenbing, the company's sponsor representative in charge of the 2007 private placement, would no longer hold his position. Song Dalong, along with Song Jianfeng, have been appointed as his replacement and will henceforth be responsible for the supervision and oversight of matters related to the private placement.
