Board Approves RMB 100 Mln Line of Credit Application

At an extraordinary meeting of the 4th Board of Directors held on 16 Sept 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to apply for a one-year RMB 100 mln line of credit with Guangdong Development Bank, Beijing Jingguang sub-branch.
