1H '07 EPS Adjusted to RMB 0.0624

The company hereby announces the following corrections to certain errors made in its 2008 Semiannual Report and its Abstract, both disclosed in the Securities Times and on the China Info website (www.cninfo.com.cn), dated 13 Aug 2008:

1. Basic EPS in 1H 2007 was corrected from RMB 0.0937 to RMB 0.0624.
2. Diluted EPS in 1H 2007 was corrected from RMB 0.0937 to RMB 0.0624.
3. YOY change in basic EPS was corrected from 115.9% to 224.2%.
4. YOY change in diluted EPS was corrected from 115.9% to 224.2%.
