Lock-up on 17.64 Mln Extended

In accordance with a commitment made by Avi China Industry & Technology Co., Ltd., the company’s controlling shareholder, it will extend the lock-up period on its 17.64 mln shares in the company, which were scheduled to be tradable on 22 Sept 2008, for two additional years until 19 Sept 2010.
The 17.64 mln shares was preassigned as the second batch to be released in the company's corporate share reform scheme.
