Stake Acquisitions in Distributors Rejected

At the 2nd 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 24 Aug 2008, further to the submission of certain proposals, the following resolutions were adopted:

1. to reject a proposal to acquire certain stakes in the company's distributors, including in Benxi Plate Co., Ltd.
The intended stake acquisition would have constituted a related-party transaction
2. to rename the company and revise relevant items in the Articles of Association
3. to revise certain items in the Articles of Association
