On 18 Sept 2008, the company received a confirmation letter from the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., Shenzhen branch, stating that procedures for the transfer of 8.5 mln restricted company shares purchased via auction by its largest shareholder, Zhonghong Zhuoye Group Co., Ltd., were completed on 17 Sept 2008.

To date, Zhonghong Zhuoye remains the company's largest shareholder and effective controller, holding 19.5 mln restricted shares in the company, equal to a 15.72% stake.
