Tender Offer Obligation Exemption Approved

On 21 Sept 2008, the company received a notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, stating that the CSRC had approved an exemption for China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp., the controlling shareholder of the company, from a tender offer obligation, triggered by its holding increase of 3,962,400 shares of the company which raised its total stake to 36.1937% .
