At the 19th Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 26 Sept 2008 at 10:00 am, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to accept Lu Bangjie's resignation as secretary of the board of directors and to highly recognize his contribution during his term of office
2. to appoint Hu Yun as vice general manager and Secretary of the 3rd Board of Directors

In September 2008, Hu Yun received a Certificate for Secretary of the Board of Directors of Listed Companies, issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. According to relevant regulations of the Company Law of the PRC and the Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, she is eligible for both positions as senior manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors.
