According to a resolution of the 25th Meeting of the 6th Board of Directors, held on 19 Sept 2008, the company participated in an auction for land use rights, organized by the Land Resources Bureau of Nanjing City, and eventually won a bid for the land use right to plot No. 2008G34, located in the Economic Development Zone, Liuhe District, Nanjing City, covering an area of 25,903 sq. meters, for RMB 32.25 mln.
