On 25 Sept 2008, the company was informed by Beijing Shunyi Dalong Urban & Rural Construction Development Co., Ltd., the company's controlling shareholder, that on 24 Sept 2008, it acquired 181,000 shares of the company, equal to a 0.044% stake. Following the issuance, Beijing Shunyi Dalong Urban & Rural Construction Development holds a total of 148,709,394 shares of the company, equal to a 35.83% stake.

In addition, Beijing Shunyi Dalong Urban & Rural Construction Development plans to increase its stake in the company by up to 2% (the above-mentioned increase included) within one year beginning 24 Sept 2009 via the SSE secondary market. Beijing Shunyi Dalong Urban & Rural Construction Development has also pledged not to decrease its holding within the statutory period.
