According to a notice from Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, Beijing Urban Construction Group has increased its holdings in the company from 391,099,941 shares, equal to a 52.78% stake, to 391,199,941 shares, equal to a 52.79% stake, by acquiring 100,000 shares of the company via the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Beijing Urban Construction Group plans to increase its holdings in the company by 2% of total shares outstanding, including the above-mentioned 100,000 share within the next six months, and concurrently commits not to sell its holding during the statutory period.
