32 Mln Shares Re-pledged

The company received a notice from Salim Wanye (Shanghai) Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, stating that on 22 Sept 2008, the pledge on 32 mln shares of the company, currently held by Salim Wanye, to Bank of Communications, Shanghai New Area sub-branch, were released and subsequently re-pledged to Bank of Communications, Shanghai branch, effective 23 Sept 2008 to 22 Sept 2010.

To date, Salim Wanye has cumulatively pledged a total of 219.75 mln shares of the company, equal to a 49.07% stake.
