PV Glass Project Planned

At the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 23 Sept 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to replace certain supervisors
2. to retain an accounting firm for the company
3. to disposal of certain idle equipment assets
4. to invest and construct a photovoltaic glass project with a annual production capacity of 5.6 mln sq. meters
