According to a notice received on 23 Sept 2008 from Central Huijin Investment Co., Ltd. (CHI), the controlling shareholder of the company with a 65.4041% stake, on the same day, Central Huijin acquired 2 mln A-shares of the company through the trading system of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), thereby increasing its holding in the company to 152,844,297,904 shares, equal to a 65.405% stake.

In addition, in a twelve-month period beginning 23 Sept 2009, Central Huijin plans to increase its holding in the company via the SSE secondary market.
