Debt Restructuring Proposal Approved

At the 4th 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 19 Sept 2008 at 9:30 am, proposals were examined and approved to restructure debts that the company had applied for from Agricultural Bank of China, Shenzhen branch, Luohu sub-branch and to authorize both the board of directors of the company and Qingdao Yaxing Industry Co., Ltd. to address matters related to the debt restructuring.
