Liu Baoheng Norminated for Directorship

On 19 Sept 2008, Zhao Liuan resigned as a director. The nomination of Liu Baoheng as Zhao's replacement by China Southern Airlines Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the company, will be examined at the next general meeting of shareholders.
