At the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 22 Sept 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to purchase a warehousing property situated in the Kangqiao Area of Shanghai, from Shanghai Datao Precision Technology Co., Ltd.
2. to revise the Articles of Association
