Company to End Tie-up with Jiangsu Taiji

Jiangsu Qunfa Chemical Co., Ltd. has transferred its entire equity interest in Jiangsu Taiji Industry New Material Co., Ltd., a joint venture of the company and Jiangsu Qunfa with a 40% to 60% holding proportion, to Jiangsu Jinmao Medicine Chemical Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Jiangsu Qunfa. Following the transfer, Jiangsu Jinmao became the second-largest shareholder of Jiangsu Taiji.
