At the 31st Meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors, held on 19 Sept 2008, a proposal was examined and approved to revise the Articles of Association.

The board of directors plans to convene its 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 6 Oct 2008, at which the aforementioned proposal will be examined and considered for approval.
