RMB 721.4 Mln Registered Capital Adjustment

At the 1st 2008 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 13 Sept 2008, the following proposals were examined and approved:

1. to adjust the company's registered capital
The company's registered capital was adjusted to RMB 721.4 mln after the implementation of its 2007 profit distribution scheme and a distribution of stock dividends from its capital reserve.

2. to revise certain items in the Articles of Association
3. to supplement working capital with a certain amount of funds raised from the 2007 private placement
